What countries do you ship to?

•  Due to the nature of polish, I currently can only ship in the USA

How much does shipping cost? Why is it more than others charge?

• Shipping is a flat rate $8. I know that may seem high, but to properly ship hazardous material that's what it costs
• Check out the Discounts page for free shipping on orders of $50+!
• Nail polish falls into the mailable but restricted category of Hazardous Materials. It is DOT Class 3-Flammable Liquid and Combustible Liquid. It ships ground only & has specific packing & labeling requirements
• The health & safety of everyone involved in the shipping process (and of other human beings in general) is important to me. So even if nail polish seems harmless, there's a reason for these requirements & precautions
• Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns!

How long will my order take to ship?

• We do our best to have a turnaround time (TAT) of 7-10 business days but it can take up to 21. If you have not received your shipping notification email in this timeframe please email [email protected] or contact the shop

What is your return/exchange policy?

• We do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final.  However, if you have concerns about your order, please contact the shop or email [email protected] within 7 business days of receiving your order

What is your refund policy?

• Refunds are issued on a case by case basis
• Damaged orders may be eligible for refund or replacement if available
• If an item is missing from your order, it may be eligible for a refund or replacement if available
• If you feel the received item is not as described please contact me to discuss. You can also email [email protected]  But please remember that each polish is hand mixed, so some differences may occur from batch to batch even though I do my best to keep variations to a minimum
• Refund/replacement requests must be received within 7 business days of receiving the order. Please provide pictures of any damage with request
• Shipping is non-refundable

Can I cancel my order?

• Under certain circumstances, cancellations will be allowed. Please reach out as quickly as possible with any cancellation requests.
• If the order is processing or has already been given to the shipping carrier it cannot be canceled

My order has the wrong shipping address. What do I do?

• PLEASE make sure the shipping address given is accurate prior to submitting your order. FFL is not responsible for incorrect information. We will only ship to the address given at checkout. If an order is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for paying any additional shipping costs for redilvery. If the customer does not want the order to be redelivered, restocking fees apply

Can I use thinner in FFL products?

• Yes! I highly recommend finding one that is made of just Butyl Acetate & Ethyl Acetate as these are the main ingredients that evaporate out of polish. Thinners that contain additional ingredients that are not found in the original polish will not play well together and can even ruin the polish. Don't know where to find one? • For best results start with 2-4 drops of thinner & gently roll the bottle to thoroughly mix the thinner in. Add more as needed. Keep in mind that glitter polish is formulated to be thicker than other polish so the glitter doesn't sink and too much thinner can counteract this. Always start with fewer drops and add more slowly until you achieve the desired consistency

What's the scoop about neons?

• It's true that neon pigment can fade over time. But each pigment reacts differently to UV light, so it's impossible to give an exact timeline for when it might happen. It can take anywhere from a few months to several years. Or not at all
• Faded polish is safe to wear, but you wanted NEON right? To help keep that vibrance, store polishes in a dark location and minimize exposure to UV light (sunlight) 
• Neon pigment dries to a slightly matte finish so if you want a shiny mani, don't forget top coat
